Dax has posted an excellent article to MusicDish about a viral marketing plan he’s using with some success… giving away copies of an EP disc, but only if the recipient agrees to distribute five more to their friends. I would love to brainstorm ways to make something like this even more cost effective for artists — has anyone experimented with asking sponsors to help foot the bill in exchange for a sticker on the shrinkwrap?
