Many thanks to all of those who showed up on Saturday night for our Customer Appreciation conference call. We rolled tape on six and a half hours of hard-core Q&A, and clients of ours will get the chance to hear a streaming version of that call very soon. For the rest of this week, I will be plucking questions from the “comments” thread we started and answering them on the main weblog. As always, keep your questions coming, so I can answer them here and in the newsletter!

hey joe, just want to thank you for giving your time and info!!! i was on the monster call, for about 5 1/2 hours. got lots of notes and have already appled some of the info. thanks. stephen from philly philly
