CDBaby + TCM = Happy Joe

Jan 8th, 2004 | By Joe Taylor Jr. | Category: Announcements

Beginning January 15th, fulfillment for all of our physical merch (books, discs, et al) will be handled exclusively by CDBaby.

We had many problems in the 2nd half of 2003 with distrubutors and publishers going belly-up, and a handful of orders was delayed. Not good. In the past few weeks, I helped pick, pack and ship too many make-good orders, so we booted the old team and are outsourcing!

As you know, CDBaby is one of the best and most respected retailer/fulfillment providers in the country. I could really kick myself for not getting them involved from the start. This will greatly reduce our shipping times, and allow me to focus on working directly with my clients instead of tracking down lost packages.
