I have become aware in the past few days that our previous printer/fulfillment house was doing a crummy job of getting some orders out on time, and they appear to have stopped listening to their voicemails.

Therefore, I will have a major announcement about our products later this week. It’s something that is very exciting, and means I no longer have to worry about whether a book gets to you within the time promised.

If you ordered something from us, and it has gone missing, please e-mail me. We will get you a replacement book from our NEW publisher in the mail to you this week.
