  1. I’m wondering if anyone has heard anything about this. Does it work, is it worth it? Any actual studies been done on it?

  2. Hey, Molly! Dylan, who runs that site, frequents this blog quite often. He might be able to tell you about some of the specific success stories his clients have had.

In general, anything that gets your current fans to share your music with their friends in a very focused, measurable way, is a good thing. I have used similar techniques with my clients and — when done right — it helps grow your audience. (Especially in the early stages.)
