Music industry professionals from around the country will converge at the 12th Annual Cutting Edge Music Business Conference and Roots Music Gathering, August 26 - 29th at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Orleans.
The Cutting Edge Music Business Conference is a national conference that is comprised of several components:
*Business Sessions where seasoned music professionals cover vital phases of the business end of the industry.
*Entertainment Law Seminar that examines issues and trends in Entertainment Law (CLE accreditation will be submitted).
*A Roots Music Gathering that includes panel discussions, oral histories and lecture demonstrations that allow musicians and tradition bearers to tell their stories in their own words.
*NewWorks Showcase gives selected artists an opportunity to demonstrate their talent in front of industry professionals at some of New Orleans’ best live music clubs. Get a special deal with Sonicbids’ Electronic Press Kit (EPK).
