A selection of artists from my neighborhood go on the record about their day jobs. Most folks work part-time gigs so they can tour, although many of my own clients are enjoying dual-tracking. One telling quote:

Even while playing in Sugar, Barbe worked up to 20 hours per week engineering records for John Keane and up to 40 hours per week at Kinko’s in order to support his wife and daughter.
