Without giving anything away for our West Coast friends, tonight’s Apprentice (which was the best episode in a while — maybe since season two) showcased what can go wrong when you choose to be negative about a situation.

I see it all the time in bands. When one person on your success team decides they’re going to put their energy into not believing, when one person decides they’re going to waste their resources on being vengeful or jealous, or when one person decides they’re just not going to choose to be happy, the whole team sinks.

Choose your success, or get your own team.
