Music Miracles and the Power of Intention

Nov 14th, 2005 | By Joe Taylor Jr. | Category: Tips

Kathy writes about the “miracle” she experienced when a documentary producer contacted her to use one of her tunes in an upcoming television special about Hurricane Katrina.

I believe wholeheartedly that we create our own luck and our own opportunities. What Kathy sees as a miracle is simply the opportunity she attracts by putting herself out there as an artist and as a teacher.

When you approach life from a place of abundance, your intention in the world — to write, to entertain, to share your gift with others — carries real rewards. If you’re mired in the rat race with other folks in “the scene” that want to get rich and famous just for the sake of it, you’ll probably stay stuck there, never understanding quite why folks like Kathy soar past you.
