Monster Call Follow-Up

Many thanks to all of those who showed up on Saturday night for our Customer Appreciation conference call. We rolled tape on six and a half hours of hard-core Q&A, and clients of ours will get the chance to hear a streaming version of that call very soon. For the rest of this week, I will be plucking questions from the “comments” thread we started and answering them on the main weblog.
